Salon GAIA is a holistic salon at 24 Longships Drive Plettenberg Bay. We aim to offer clients professional and caring treatments in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
Nicky is our highly experienced therapist who heads up the beauty salon. Various treatments are offered, including facials incorporating the Gaia Organics range of skincare products, as well as massage, gel mani’s and pedi’s, all waxing procedures, Nicky is fast and highly skilled.
Facials:
Kombucha facial – using the symbiont of the Kombucha mushroom, rich in nucleic & hyaluronic acids which are cell regenerative and anti-aging.
Organic Green Tea facial – is a wonderful way of experiencing the Gaia range of products. Green tea is high in antioxidants which will leave your skin feeling renewed and hydrated. The fruit acid toners will ensure deep cleansing and rejuvenation.
Teenage Facial – using the Gaia products specifically for problem skin/teenage spot-prone range, this is a very deep cleansing facial with steam and extractions. Gentle, yet effective fruit acids clear the pores to release excess dirt and rancidity on the skin, after which replenishing moisturizers are used to restore balance and moisture.
Massage
We focus on offering you the best massage treatment in a relaxed and serene environment. Our specialty massages are:
Hormone Balancing – using our in-house oils of origanum, rose geranium & clary sage, easing the tension of PMS and creating emotional stability.
Pain Relief – using an infrared lamp and specialized oil blends of juniper berry, buchu, celery seed, and helichrysum, targeting painful areas.
Lymph Drainage – this treatment targets the lymph areas on the body, focusing on creating the release of toxins, and is also a pain-relieving massage.
We also offer full body massage; deep tissue massage; Indian head massage & back, neck & shoulder massage.
