Contains: Arnica oil; Grapeseed oil, and essential oils of Juniper Berry; Buchu; Celery Seed; Artemesia (Wormwood); Helichrysum; Rosemary & Bergamot

Application: The benefits of massage help to ease muscular pain and can aid in lymphatic drainage leading to toxins being released throughout the body. Massage directly into the pain-affected area.  Avoid eyes and rinse hands after use.

This oil can be further diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil.
