Shipping
All orders will only be dispatched upon completion of payment received. We endeavor to make your shopping experience a pleasant one and focus on a quick turnaround from when your order is placed, to when it is dispatched via Postnet, Courier, or Paxi (used for outlying areas). Your tracking number is sent on the day of dispatch to ensure that you know where your parcel is – this is done through a note added to your order which will be received via email, as well as a text message notification of dispatch and tracking details.
International Orders
Gaia Organics sends parcels worldwide, but, as each country has different zones that affect shipping costs, please email your order to director@gaiaorganics.co.za for a quotation to be issued.
No VAT is charged for international orders however the recipient will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. Gaia Organics suggests that you clarify with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.
Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Gift Card Purchases
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Returns Policy
In order to successfully return an item, the following criteria must be met:
- The goods have been purchased from our website
- If you have changed your mind about an item, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
- If the product is damaged or defective, pictures must be taken of the affected item/s as well as the box it was delivered in. The product should be sent back at least 75% full.

You can choose to have your products replaced, refunded, or exchanged for a coupon that will be valid for 12 months. The original order amount will be refunded if a discount or coupon was used.
A quote will be sent for the courier to collect the affected items. If the products are undamaged, the courier amount will be subtracted from the original order value when the refund is allocated.
